THE HOLIDAY HAUL

Normally we completely close through the holidays, but this year we want to offer you something new and give you a chance to experience all we have to offer. This year jump into the 4 Day Holiday Haul Event! 

The Holiday Haul has 4 days (December 26th - 29th) of both boxing and strength conditioning training. All members will be invited to join either class! New comers can try this all out for only $24 or $10 drop in for the day. 

Boxing Basics
For the Total Team Fitness classes, you can experience a well rounded program that has both resistance training, and understand how to properly do the 5 fundamental movements in training, along with high intensity conditioning training that complements a boxing program. 

TTF Strength & Conditioning
Nothing creates a better team or group dynamic like battling through a high intensity boxing workout together. Bring in your team or group of up to 30 people and experience an amazing conditioning workout, and you will feel more united as a group guaranteed. 

Boxing Nooner
We are also offering a new pilot program at lunch hour that features a high intensity workout that keeps you constantly moving, and getting to experience the best 30 minute anaerobic workout you can get. Nothing better than to hit your stresses away for 30 minutes, then going back work! 

TTF Core Training
Right after the nooner, you can choose to stay and get a wicked core routine, that focuses on real core strength. A great deal of misconceptions exist that abs come from doing crunches or sit ups. Good strong abs are actually from stability movements and core isometrics, and this also improve body alignment and joint health, not to mention a stronger punch!
